Elm and SCAI partner to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions
for national digital transformation

Saudi Company for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced a strategic partnership with Elm, a leading digital solutions provider, to jointly develop and deliver a suite of advanced AI solutions and services. This collaboration highlights the Kingdom’s ambitious goals to enhance the efficiency of government services and drive national digital initiatives in alignment with Vision 2030.
The collaboration will be showcased during the Global AI Summit 2024, where both companies will present their innovative solutions to a global audience. The signing of the partnership took place on the sidelines of the summit, further solidifying their commitment to advancing AI in the region.
The partnership will focus on developing applications using AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), voice and speech recognition, generative AI, and visual object detection. These solutions aim to revolutionize how government entities operate by improving decision-making, streamlining processes, and increasing the overall efficiency of services.

In addition to these core solutions, the collaboration will provide consulting services for public sector AI offices, helping to implement and scale the technologies effectively. Both entities are committed to exploring AI projects and services that will contribute to the Kingdom’s national digital initiatives.
